ProcureBeacon is a subscription-based software service for monitoring and matching European public procurement opportunities.
Where a free trial is offered, users can evaluate ProcureBeacon before a paid subscription begins. Users should cancel before the end of the trial period if they do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the applicable subscription terms.
Payments for ProcureBeacon subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is otherwise approved.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced another billing problem, please contact us so the transaction can be reviewed.
ProcureBeacon payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for eligible transactions. Payment, billing and refund handling may therefore also be subject to Paddle's applicable checkout terms and policies.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights or statutory refund rights that apply in your jurisdiction.
